Youtube is platform where you can watch all kinds of videos. You can watch experts talk about their field, or you can watch cats chasing laser pointer. I've even seen youtube video, where man puts watermelon in his... hand. There are also videos about English. I can't tell you what is best video out there, but I can suggest which ones to avoid. First off, good educational video doesn't promise you quick results, hacks, tricks etc. The only way to achieve mastery of language is to learn it patiently and with passion over years. Secondly, best videos about English might not be most popular. There are plenty of videos which bait you to click on them by flashy titles and colorful thumbnails. Thirdly, many videos that are supposed to explain grammar point stretch to infinity. author gives anecdotes, discusses his private life, comments on weather, just to hit 10 minute mark. Despite all this, just watching any video can help you learn English. Subconsciously, you pick up vocabulary, pronunciation and phrases that will add to your repertoire later on. Even if it's engineer talking about road construction or late night comedy show with famous guest.
